Hi, I’m Alannah — welcome to Kaylana Wellness Collective!
I’m the founder and Principal Physiotherapist behind Kaylana Wellness Collective. The name Kaylana is a combination of my first and last name — a reflection of the personal connection and care that sits at the heart of this space. It also represents “light”, which inspired my vision to create a place where women feel supported, empowered, and cared for through every season of life.
Becoming a mum to Olly has given me a deeper appreciation for the physical, emotional, and personal changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and matrescence. Experiencing this journey myself has strengthened my passion for supporting women with care that is not only evidence-based, but also compassionate and understanding.
With over 10 years of Pilates experience and a background in physiotherapy, I combine movement, education, and personalised care to help women feel confident in their bodies and supported through their own journey.
Through our Heal to Empower Model of Care, I take the time to listen, understand your story, and create a plan that meets you where you are. My goal is to help you heal, move well and feel empowered — while creating a space where you feel heard, connected, and part of a community.
When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, walking along the beach with my dog Beau, or enjoying Pilates and strength training.
I can’t wait to welcome you to Kaylana Wellness Collective and support you on your motherhood journey.
