How We Support Your Postpartum Journey:

Our 10-week physio-led Postpartum Program is designed for mums 6 weeks to 1 year postpartum, focusing on safely rebuilding core strength, restoring pelvic floor function, and easing postnatal aches.

With only four participants per class, you'll get the personalised support you need to feel strong, confident, and ready for all the lifting, feeding, changing, and cuddles that come with life as a new mum. Reconnect with your body and feel empowered in your recovery!

  • You’re a new mum, 6 weeks – 1 year postpartum.

  • Your doctor’s given you the all-clear, and you’re keen to ease back into movement.

  • You’re looking for a welcoming, physio-led space to move, connect, and feel supported.
