Your Journey at Kaylana Wellness Collective
1.Getting to Know You
What Makes Us Different? We truly listen. We want to understand your story, your goals, and your 'why.' It’s not just about treating symptoms—it’s about giving you the knowledge and clarity you need to take control of your recovery journey.
We’ll address your concerns and conduct a thorough movement and physical assessment to uncover the root cause of your pain or injury.

During your first session, we’ll begin treatment with manual therapy and targeted exercise to address your immediate concerns and ease discomfort.
We take the time to explain the what, why, and how of your injury, empowering you with a clear understanding of what’s happening.
This knowledge is a powerful tool—it helps you feel confident, stay engaged in your rehab journey, and take an active role in your recovery.
3. Treatment Plan
After your appointment we’ll create a detailed outline of your unique rehab journey—crafted with care and your goals in mind.
✔️ A clear timeline of your progress
