10 years of experience, over 100 clients.
Hey there! I’m Alannah, a PilatesITC instructor with 10 years of experience and a physiotherapist with a passion for helping women feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. My own Pilates journey began in my early teens as a way to manage my scoliosis, and it’s been part of my life ever since.
Over the years, I’ve supported women through pregnancy and postpartum, helping with concerns like back and pelvic pain, rebuilding strength after birth and feeling confident returning to exercise. I’ve also worked with clients managing injuries, pain and changes in strength and mobility as they get older.
My classes bring together my physiotherapy knowledge and the principles of Pilates and movement, with exercises adapted to you, your body and where you’re at.
